"the Transferors" have agreed to transfer the said business of Modern Company together with the goodwill, sign-boards, furniture, fixtures, fittings, chattels and things (except the stock-in-trade) of the Transferors in the

of No. 16 Bonham Strand East Second Floor Victoria aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Transferee ").
