No.1215.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Inspector JOHN CALDWELL SHAW FENDER to be an Examiner of Weights and Measures under the Weights and Measures Ordinance, 1885, section 4, and also an Inspector under the Gun- powder and Fireworks Ordinance, 1901, section 14, with effect from 28th December, 1939.
