5. The Colonial Secretary laid on the table the Report of the Finance Committée
(No. 9), dated 7th December, 1939, and moved its adoption.

6. The Attorney General addressed the Council and moved the following
resolution:
RESOLVED pursuant to section 3 of the Public Officers (Changes of Style) Ordinance, 1937, that the style of the office of "Monopoly Analyst" be changed to that of "Government Chemist (Moncpoly)", and of "Government Analyst
"Government Chemist ", for all purposes, and that the following addition be made to the Schedule to the said Ordinance-

7. Vagrancy Amendment Bill. The Attorney General moved the Second reading
of a Bill intituled
An Ordinance to amend the Vagrancy Ordinance, 1897.”
