The Honourable Sir HENRY EDWARD POLLOCK, Kt., K.C., LL.D., the Honourable Mr. CHAU TSUN-NIN, C.B.E., the Honourable Mr. Lo MAN-KAM, the Financial Secretary, the Honourable Mr. STANLEY HUDSON DODWELL, the Honourable Mr. LEO D'ALMADA E CASTRO, Junior, and the Honourable Mr. ANDREW LUsk SHIELDS addressed the Council.
His Excellency the Governor addressed the Council on a point of procedure.
8. The debate was postponed until the next meeting.
ADJOURNMENT,
9. The Council then adjourned until Monday, the 13th day of November, 1939,
