The following Corps Orders providing for increased training for the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps are published for general information.

(1) H.K.V.D.C. Training Camps will be held in November and December, 1939 as follows:-
(a) 1st Camp-Fanling

(2) Officers and Volunteers will be required to report on the evening of the day the camp commences and will be dismissed in the late afternoon of the last day.
(3) Each camp lasts seven days and Officers and
Volunteers are required to attend for the whole of the seven days during which their units are under training.
(4) Each unit will be under training for only one period. of seven days during November and December.
