ORDINANCE No. 3 of 1873.
(SUPREME COURT).
In exercise of the powers vested in him by section 32 of the Supreme Court Ordinance, 1873, the Chief Justice makes the following order amending the Supreme Court fees order set out on pages 81 to 93 of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition)----
The order regulating the commission to be paid to the official administrator on page 93 is hereby rescinded.
This order shall have retrospective effect from and including 2nd September, 1938.
