DEFENCE (FINANCE) REGULATIONS, 1939.
It is hereby notified for general information that His Excellency the Governor, in further exercise of the powers conferred by Regulation 2 (2) of the Defence (Finance) Regulations, 1939, has been pleased to order that drafts, issued by or payable to any person authorized by or on behalf of the Governor to deal in foreign exchange in pursuance of his authority, shall be exempt from the provisions of Regula- tions 2 (1), 2 (3) and 2 (4) of the said Regulations.
