UP) ORDINANCE, No. 28 of 1914.

By order of His Excellency the Governor dated the 30th day of September, 1939, Messrs. LowE, BINGHAM & MATTHEWS, Chartered Accountants, of Mercantile Bank Building, Hong Kong, were appointed liquidators of the under-mentioned firm:

Messrs. Vitkovice Mines, Steel and Ironworks Corporation, Maehrisch-Ostrau, (Moravska- Oestrava, former Czecho-Slovakia).
