ORDINANCE No. 29 of 1936. (PLEASURE GROUNDS

AND BATHING PLACES REGULATION).

By virtue and in exercise of the powers contained in sections 3 and 4 of the Pleasure Grounds and Bathing Places Regulation Ordinance, 1936, the Governor in Council amends the First Schedule to the said Ordinance, as follows:-

Amendment.

Under the heading "Bathing Places" in the First Schedule to the said Ordinance the following bathing place is added at the end thereof.

Nam Tau Sha beach.

ORDINANCE No. 6 of 1901. (RATING).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 (2) of the Rating Ordinance, 1901, as enacted by the Rating Amend- ment Ordinance, 1935, the Governor in Council declares to be an urban area that portion of the New Territories locally known as Tsun Wan and its vicinity (including the villages of Tsun Wan Wai, Sha Tsui, Sam Tung Uk, Hoi Pui, Muk Min Ha and Sam Pak Tsin) which is delineated and bounded by a RED line on the plan thereof approved by the Governor in Council and deposited in the office of the District Officer, South.

Government Notification No. 141 published in the Gazette of the 5th March, 1937, is rescinded.
