ORDINANCE No. 55 of 1936. (LIGHTING CONTROL)
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 2 of the Lighting Control Ordinance, 1936, and of all other powers him enabling the Governor in Council rescinds regulation 19 of the regulations to the said Ordinance for the control of lighting published as G.N. 565 in the Government Gazette of the 14th July, 1939, and substitutes the following therefor:
19. The provisions of these regulations shall not, on an occasion of experiment or practice, apply--
(i) to navigation or riding lights carried by any ship or vessel, if such vessel or ship is under way or anchored or moored to a buoy:
(ii) to navigation lights carried by aircraft or at aero- dromes,
unless the Governor in Council. by notice in the Gazette directs that the exemption provided by this regulation shall on any occasion of experiment or practice be suspended or modified.
