3. Regulation 3 is amended-
(a) by the deletion of the figure mencement thereof; and

(6) by the addition of the following sub-paragraph at the end of proviso (a):-
(iv) that the gold has been imported into the Colony with a view to re-exportation in pursnance of a regular trade in gold.
4. The following new regulation is inserted as regulation
BA. The Governor may by order direct—
(a) that, subject to any exemptions for which provision may be made by the order no British subject shall, except with porinission granted by or on behalf of the Governor, sell, transfer, or do anything which involves the creation of a charge on securities owned by him of any such class as may be specified in the order, being a class of securities which, in the opinion of the Governor, is likely to be marketable outside the Colony; and
(b) that any British subject who is the owner of any securities of the said eluss shall, in such manner and within such period as may be specified in the order, make a return to the Governor or a person or corporation designated by the Governor for that purpose giving such particulars with respect to those securities as may be so specified.
5. In regulation 5—
(1) the definition of bank notes is deleted and the following definition is substituted therefor :-

bank notes" and "currency notes mean respectively bank notes and currency notes which are legal tender in the British Empire or in any part thereof;
(ii) the following definition is inserted at the end of regulation 5 :---
“Owner” in relation to any security, includes any person who has power to sell or transfer a security, or who has the custody thereof, or who receives, whether on his own behalf or on behalf of any other person, dividends or interest thereon, or who has any other interest therein.
