ANNOUNCEMENT,
4. The Deputy Clerk of Councils recited the Letters Patent passed under the Great Seal of the Realm amending Article XVII of the Letters Patent of the 14th of February, 1917, constituting the Office of Governor and Commander-in- Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and recited the Proclamation relating to the said Letters Patent.
