It is hereby notified that Mr. EVAN WALTER DAVIES, Crown Solicitor, has been authorized with effect from the 3rd day of September, 1939, to conduct Prize proceedings on behalf of the Crown within the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, In Prize.

His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to make the following appointments with effect in each case from the 3rd day of September, 1939:—

Mr. ERNEST PHILIP HENRY LANG to be Registrar of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, In Prize, and

Mr. Trevor Jack GOULD to be Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, In Prize, in addition to his other duties, and

Mr. TREVOR JACK GOULD to be Marshal of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong, In Prize, in addition to his other duties.
