Provided that if an aircraft is disabled or compelled to make a forced landing, it may enter the Colony by any other route, or may land, if before so doing it makes known its intention and identity by wireless telegraphy or such other means as may be available;

(d) every aircraft shall ly at all times at such a height as to be clearly visible from the ground;

(e) no aircraft shall carry any arms, munitions of war or explosives except such explosives as may be authorized by or on behalf of the Director of Air Services for navigational and signalling purposes only;

(f) no person shall take any photograph from any aircraft. nor shall any camera or any photographic material whatever be carried on any aircraft;

(g) no person shall, except with permission granted by or on behalf of the Director of Air Services or as provided in paragraph (c) make any signal (either visually or by means of sound or by wireless telegraphy or otherwise) from any air- craft;

(b) every aircraft shall carry the following documents in addition to any documents which it may be required to carry by any other enactment-

(i) a list of the nationality of each passenger and of each member of the crew;

(ii) a list of the immediate and ultimate destinations of each passenger;

(iii) a list of the conditions under which any cargo is being transported, including the names and addresses of the consignors of the cargo and its immediate and ultimate destinations:

(e) no aircraft shall fly in such a manner as to be likely to endanger or interfere with any of His Majesty's forces, ships or aircraft.

2. The Director of Air Services or any person authorized by him in writing may take possession of any civil airport. aerodrome or hangar and of any civil aircraft and equipment, and may use the same or authorize its use for the purposes of His Majesty's naval, military or air forces.

3. Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this order, or any direction given or requirement imposed by or under this order, or who resists the Director of Air Services or any person authorized by him in the exercise of his powers under this order, shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine of three thousand dollars and to imprisonment for any term not exceeding six months.
