56. The Alien Ene- mies (Winding
up) Ordinance,
1914.
(No. 28 of 1914), ---contd.
(i) the following sub-section is sub- stituted for sub-section (3)—
(3) The Governor shall be deemed to have power to give directions for the sale or disposal of any property which at any time since the commencement of the war has been in the possession, custody or control of any alien enemy and which is not claimed by any person who is not an alien enemy.
(14) Section 17, as renumbered-sub-section (1) is amended by the repeal of the words and at all times to have had power in the third and fourth lines, and of the words
