The Ordinance is repealed.
(1) Section 12 is amended by the renumbering of sub-sections (3) to (6) as (2) to (5) respectively.
(2) Sections 30A and 30B are repealed.
(8) Section 41 is amended by the repeal of the words (or seven years from the passing of this Ordinance, whichever shall last happen) in the fourth, fifth and sixth lines.
(4) Section 60-sub-section (1) is amended by the substitution of the words "one hundred dollars for fifty dollars" at the end.
(5) Section 63 is repealed.
*The Ordinance is repealed.
(1) Section 2, as amended by Ordinances Nos. 12 of 1926 and 21 and 49 of 1936, is further amended by the renumbering of sub-sections (4) to (6) as (3) to (5) respectively.
(2) Section 4, as amended by Ordinance No. 12 of 1926-sub-section (2) is amended by the repeal of sub-paragraph (iv) of paragraph (a) and the renumbering of sub-paragraphs (V), (vi) and (vii) as (iv), (v) and (vi) respectively.
(3) Section 8, as amended by Ordinance No. 49 of 1936, is further amended by the inser- tion in the third paragraph of the words immediately after the word give in the fourth line.

(4) Section 9 is repealed.
(5) Section 14, as amended by Ordinance No. 49 of 1986, is further amended by the insertion of the following new paragraph
** (a) “Board' means the Midwives Board established under this Ordinance;
and the renumbering of the former paragraphs (a) and (b) as (b) and (c) respectively.
(1) Sections 2 and 5 are repealed.
(2) Section 6, as amended by Ordinance No. 36
of 1931, is further amended---
(1) by the repeal of the words
