(1) The words "Accountant-General' are sub- stituted for the words Treasurer or "Colonial Treasurer" wherever they occur.
(2) Section 2 is amended by the repeal of paragraph (c) and the renumbering of the succeeding paragraphs (d) to (1) as para- graphs (c) to (k) respectively.
(3) For the purpose of incorporating in this Ordinance the provisions of Ordinance No. 3 of 1926, the following two new sections 38A and 38B are inserted immediately after section 38---
38A. Notwithstanding anything in this Additional Ordinance. it shall be lawful for the power to Governor in Council to order a refund of grant refund
