AND WHEREAS it is also enacted by the aforesaid regula- tion that the period of such service shall continue as long as the Governor may consider necessary and shall end only by order of the Governor :
NOW, THEREFORE, I. Sir GEOFFRY ALEXANDER STAFFORD NORTHCOTE, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same, deeming that such calling out is necessary and should be continued for the present, do by this Proclamation call out the following members of the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force for actual service until my further order :
