ORDINANCE No. 40 of 1909.
(TRADE MARKS).
By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 56 of the Trade Marks Ordinance, 1909, and of all other powers thereto him enabling, the Governor in Council hereby further amends the Trade Marks Rules set out on pages 361 to 397 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844 to 1925, amended as appears in Government Notifications 525 and 795 of 1931, as follows—
Amendments.
Rules 55 and 63, items 11 and 18 in the First Schedule to the Rules, and Forms 13 and 18 in the Second Schedule to the Rules, are rescinded.
The said amendments shall be incorporated and printed in the edition of the Regulations of Hong Kong prepared under the Ordinances and Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) Ordinance, No. 51 of 1936, and shall come into force on the date on which approval of the second volume of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition) is notified by pro- clamation under section 9 of Ordinance No. 51 of 1936.
