ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899. (MERCHANT SHIPPING).

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 39 (17) and (18) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, it is hereby notified that junks, sampans and other Chinese vessels are hereby prohibited from anchoring or mooring in Kowloon bay North of an East to West line 500 yards South of the sea wall of the landing area at Kai Tak Airport.

MEDICAL DEPARTMENT.

No. 654.- As a result of an inquiry held by the Medical Board on the 6th June, 1939, a resolution was passed that Dr. ARTHUR FUNG be censured for signing two vacci- nation and inoculation certificates in blank thereby enabling them to be issued to persons who had not in fact been vaccinated or inoculated as purported to be stated in the said certificates.

No. 655.- It is hereby notified for general information that Cancellation of the Memorial of Re-entry by the Crown on Lots Nos. 268, 269, 272, 273, 274, 275, 276 and 277 in Hang Hau Demarcation District No. 224 and Lots Nos. 1413 and 1414 in Hang Hau Demarcation District No. 243 has been registered according to law.
