ORDINANCE No. 15 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTH [SANITATION]).
It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under section 73 (1) of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, authorized as a place to be used as a Chinese Cemetery, to be known as the Kailungwan West Extension Cemetery, the piece of land containing about 4 acres, situated adjoining the northern boundary of Inland Lot No. 952 in the Island of Hong Kong and shown on the plan thereof deposited in, and which may be seen at, the Office of the Public Works Department.

THE BUILDINGS ORDINANCE. 1935.
It is hereby notified that Mr. RICHARD JOHN VERNALL, Architect, Buildings Ordinance Office, has been deputed by His Excellency the Governor in Council to act on behalf of the Building Authority in all cases referred to in Sections 117, 118. 119 and 120 of the Buildings Ordinance. 1935. in connexion with dangerous buildings.

His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 5 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, Ordinance No. 18 of 1935, that the name of Mr. RICHARD JOHN VERNALL be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 474 of the 8th May, 1939.
