ORDINANCE No. 28 of 1917. (FERRIES).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Ferries Ordinance, 1917, the Governor in Council hereby amends the list of excluded ferries appearing in Government Notification No. 441 published in the Gazette of the 23rd June, 1933, as amended by Government Notification No. 464 published in the Gazette of the 15th June, 1934, by the deletion of item 5 in such list, and the substitution therefor of the following item :-

5. The ferry of Cheng Chik Pui between Hong Kong and Sai Kung via Shaukiwan.

THE BUILDINGS ORDINANCE, 1935.
No. 434. His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 5 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, Ordinance No. 18 of 1935, that the name of Mr. RICHARD CHARLES LEE be added to the List of Authorized Architects pub- lished in Government Notification No. 286 of the 1st April, 1938.
