ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899. (MERCHANT SHIPPING).

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 28 and 42 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, and of all other powers him enabling the Governor in Council amends the regulations in Table U of the Regulations to the said Ordinance appearing on pages 373 to 382 of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 Edition) as follows:-

Amendments.

After Regulation 11A the following regulation numbered 11B is added.

11B. No vessel shall be moored or tied to any Admiralty buoy without the permission of the Harbour Master.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Births and Deaths Registration Ordinance, No. 21 of 1934, the Governor in Council alters the first schedule as amended by Government Notification No. 32 dated the 7th January, 1939, as follows:-
