THE BUILDINGS ORDINANCE, 1935.
His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 5 of the Buildings Ordinance, 1935, Ordinance No. 18 of 1935, that the name of Mr. LAU KUI-CHо be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 286 of the 1st April, 1938.

No. 354.-His Majesty the KING has been pleased to confirm the provisional appointment of the Honourable Mr. STANLEY HUDSON DODWELL to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council in the place of the Honourable Mr. JOHN JOHNSTONE PATERSON, who is temporarily absent from the Colony, with effect from the 11th March, 1939.

No. 355.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under Regulation No. I made by the Governor in Council under section 4 of the Nurses Regulation Ordinance, No. 1 of 1931, to appoint Dr. PAUL BIDDULPH WILKINSON to be a member of the Nurses. Board, during the absence from the Colony of Professor WILLIAM INNES GERRARD, with effect from 17th March, 1939.

No. 356.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under section 9 of the regulations of the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force, to appoint the following gentlemen to be Acting Paymaster Sub-Lieutenants in the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force, with effect from 30th March, 1939:
