In exercise of the powers conferred by the Post Office Ordinance, 1926, and of all other powers thereto him enabling, the Governor in Council hereby determines the following rates of postage on parcels in substitution for those heretofore in force for the places of destination named hereunder with effect from the 21st day of April, 1939:
