BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Protection of Short title. Women and Girls Amendment Ordinance, 1939.

2. Section 14 of the Protection or Women and Girls Amendment Ordinance, 1938, is amended by the addition at the end thereof of the following paragraph :-

Any such order shall be sufficient authority to any constable to enter (by force, if needful) into the premises and give possession of the same, or any part thereof specified in the order, to the landlord or his agent: Provided that such entry shall not be made at any time except between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. :

Provided also that the powers given by this section shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any powers conferred by or under any other enactment.
