Incitement to Disaffection Bill.--The Attorney General addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to make better provision for the prevention and punishment of endeavours to seduce members of His Majesty's forces, or any member of any local Naval, Military or Police force, corps or reserve, from their duty, or from their allegiance to His Majesty."

The Secretary for Chinese Affairs seconded.

9. Supreme Court and Full Court Ordinances Amendment Bill.The Attorney General addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to amend the law relating to the professional qualifications required in the case of Judges of the Supreme Court and Full Court."

10. Registration of Persons Bill.-The Attorney General addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled "An Ordinance to consolidate and amend the law relating to the registration of persons."
