No. 214.-It is hereby notified that His Honour Sir Alasdair Duncan Atholl MacGregor, Chief Justice, has by Commission signed by him, and dated the 17th day. of March, 1939, appointed WILFRID HUGH LANE HARRISON, Superintendent of Prisons, Hong Kong, to be a Commissioner to administer oaths and take declarations and affirma- tions and attestations of honour in connexion with his duties as Superintendent of Prisons in Hong Kong, so long as he shall continue to act as such Superintendent of Prisons.
