ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1933. (VOLUNTEER).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, the General Officer Commanding the Troops with the approval of the Governor after consulta- tion with the Commandant of the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps amends the First Schedule to the Ordinance as follows:--
Amendment.
The following additional paragraph numbered (3) is added to regulation 11 :--
(3) An annual allowance of $50 towards the upkeep of outfit may be claimed by all officers for the fourth and subsequent complete years' service as officers of the Corps. The allowance will be payable in arrear. Applications for payment will be accompanied by a certificate signed by the Commandant stating that the officer is in possession of the uniform and equipment required by the Volunteer Ordinance and that it is in a satisfactory condition.
