With reference to Government Notifications No. 608 of the 10th July, 1936, and No. 976 of the 16th December, 1938. (whereby the distinguishing mark EA was allotted to Nyasaland in the list of countries, etc., which are parties by ratification or accession to the International Convention relative to Motor Traffic signed at Paris on the 24th April, 1926, or to which the Convention has been extended) it is hereby notified for general information that under Article 5 of the Convention, and with effect from the 1st July, 1989, the new distinguishing mark NP has been allotted to NYASALAND
