No. 134. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under instructions from the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to appoint Mr. ARTIIUR HARGREAVES BENTLEY D.B.A., Ph.C., M.P.S., to be an Assistant Apothecary, with effect from the 2nd February, 1939.

No. 135.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under the provisions of paragraph 1 of Statute 7 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordin- ance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, Professor WILLIAM FAID, M.Sc., to be an additional Member of the Council of the University of Hong Kong for a period of one year, with effect from 1st February, 1939.
