ORDINANCE No. 7 of 1936. (QUARANTINE AND PREVENTION OF DISEASE).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Quarantine and Prevention of Discase Ordinance, 1936 (Ordinance No. 7 of 1936) as amended by the Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Amendment Ordinance, 1936 (Ordinance No. 54 of 1936) the Governor in Council hereby notifies and declares TUBERCULOSIS to be included within the expression "Infectious disease" in the said Ordinance as so amended. The effect of this notification and declaration is to make TUBERCULOSIS a notifiable disease under Part III of the said Ordinance as so amended.

Second Lieutenant JOHN WATSON to be Lieutenant.
