NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors
persons having any debts claims or demands upon or against the estate of R, K. DOUGLAS, late of Messrs WILSON & Co., Tien- tsin, deceased, who died on the 7th day of Nov- ember, 1917, and whose Will with a Codicil thereto was proved in the Principal Registry of the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice in England, on the 13th day of May last by the executors therein pamed and was resealed in the Probate Rey of His Britannic Majesty's Supreme Court China, on the 25th day of September last, are hereby required to send in particulars in writing of their debts claims or demands to me.the undersigned the attorney for the said executors on or before the 31st day of "October, 1918, AND NOTICE is hereby further given that at the expiration of such time I will proceed to administer the estate and distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and demands of which I shall then have had notice and that I will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased or any part thereof so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim or demand I shall then not have had notice.
