Silangan Pass-East Coast of Luzon.

REFERRING to Notice to Mariners No. 490, dated October 1, 1917, the position and are of visibility of Silangan Pass acetylene light are as follows:-

Northern entrance: visible over an are of 64° from S. 25° W. to S. 89° W.; southern entrance: over an arc of 62° from N. 38° E. to S. 80° E.

Bantolinao Point Mactan Island.

Referring to Notice to Mariners No. 506, dated May 18, 1918, the arc of visibility of Bantolinao Point acetylene light is as follows :--

Visible over an arc of 234° from S. 60° W. to S. 66° E.

Balingasag Bay-Northwest Coast of Luzon.

A third class black can buoy, No. 1, has been established in Balingasag Bay, north- west coast of Luzon. This buoy marks the entrance to Balingasag Bay and lays on a detached shoal extending from the reef to the northward, and moored in three (3) fathoms of water, coral bottom.
