In the Matter of the NEW AMOY DOCK
COMPANY, LIMITED.
Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company duly con- vened and held at the offices of Messrs. Tait & COMPANY, of Amoy, General Managers of the said Company, on Wednesday, the 28th day of August, 1918, the following Resolution was duly passed, and at a Second Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the said Company, also duly convened and held at the same place, on Thursday, the 12th day of September, 1918, the same Resolution was duly confirmed as a Special Resolution, viz. :--
"That the Compay be wound up volun-
tarily."
And at such last mentioned Meeting the following further Resolutions were duly passed, viz. :-
"1. That Tait & Company be and they are "hereby appointed Liquidators for the of such winding-up." purpose
"2. That the remuneration for such Liqui- "dators for the winding-up be fixed at "the sum of $1,000.”
"3. That the Liquidators be authorised out "of the moneys of the Company to pay "the following sums by way of com- "pensation for the loss of their emolu- "ments on the dissolution of the Com- "pany to the following, viz." :---
"(a) To Messrs. Tait & Company, "General Managers, $10,000." "(b) To Mr. Robert Weston Black,
"Dock Manager, $5,000."
"(c) To Mr. Cezarino C. Carvalho,
"Accountant, $5,000."
"And also to Messrs. Tait & Company, the "General Managers the sum of $10,500 "for unclaimed remuneration for the "years 1907 to 1913, (inclusive)."

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Substances used as food or as ingredients in food, in Class 42 since 1876.

COMPANY, LIMITED.
(In Voluntary Liquidation).
URSUANT to section 181 of the Companies Ordinance, 1911, Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above- named Company will be held at our Office at Amoy, on the 11th day of October, 1918, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon.
Notice is also hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company are required on or before the date aforesaid to send in their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any) to Messrs. TAIT & COM- PANY, of Amoy, the Liquidators of the Company; and if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidators are by their Solicitors or personally to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

NOTICE is hereby given that R. CORNEY & COMPANY, of Causeway Bay, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Manufacturers, have on the 12th day of July, 1918, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark:-
in the name of R. CORNEY & COMPANY, who claim to be the Proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of Mirrors (Furniture), in Class 41.
