6. The ground floor of any new building shall be at such a level above the adjoining ground as may in the opinion of the District Officer or Assistant District Officer be necessary to ensure proper drainage, and shall in every case be, at least 6 inches above such adjoining ground.
7. Proper channels and sumps shall be provided for sullage water.
NOTE.
The above special condition shall only be applicable in case of sales of building sites in the following districts: Castle Peak: Yun Long Market: Tai Po Market: Sai Kung Market: Cheung Chau Island and the District of Tsun Wan within a radius of two miles from Tsun Wan Police Station: and the On Lok Village area and any other site in the vicinity of the Sha Tau Kok Light Railway to which it shall be considered desirable to apply it.

PROPOSED TERMS OF THE SALE AND CROWN LEASES.
1. In consideration of payment of the agreed premia and upon completion of the reclamation of the above described lots to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works, it is proposed to grant seven Crown leases of the whole of the areas coloured red on the said plan and having a total area of about 48,520 square feet for the term of 75 years from the date of sale, renewable for a further term of 75 years at re-assessed Crown rents.
The amounts of the premia and Crown rents are subject to re-adjustment when the reclamation has been completed in accordance with the areas actually occupied.
