our Sir WILLIAM REES DAVIES, Knight, Chief Justice, on Thursday, the 25th day of April, 1918, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon and any person interested in the said Company whether as Creditor, Policy Holder, or otherwise desirous to oppose the making of an Order for the confirmation of the said alteration under the above Ordinances should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or his Counsel for the purpose, and a copy of the said Petition will be furnished to any such person requiring the same by the undersigned, the Company's Solicitors, on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
