Harbour Regulations.
THE attention of Masters of vessels is directed to Article No. 5 of the Special Navi- gation Rules (A) operative on the Bar Channel. Further, should a vessel ground at any point in the river, the Master must report in writing without delay, the locality, time of grounding, time of refloating and the draught of the vessel.
