Quarantine.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Superintendent of Customs and the Treaty Power Consuls have agreed that after this date vessels arriving from Hongkong will be treated as Suspected Vessels and will be dealt with according to the Quarantine Regulations for the port of Newchwang.

NOTICE is hereby given to Masters and Pilots that vessels may not anchor at any point in the channel known as the "Deep Hole". Vessels outward bound and awaiting the rise of the tide must anchor or remain in the Taku Reach between a point abreast of the North Fort at Taku and a point bearing east from the innermost of the two Taku Bar Inner Leading Beacons (red light) and in such a manner as not to obstruct the fairway.

Taku Outer Anchorage.

NOTICE is hereby given that vessels anchoring outside Taku Bar must not take up a position on the line between the Lightship and the Entrance Buoy, or take up such a position that in swinging to an anchor the vessel or craft attached or alongside will inter- fere with these aids to navigation being clearly seen in line.
