CHINKIANG DISTRICT-YANGTZE RIVER.
Tienshengkang-River Bank Protection Works.
Spar Buoy Established.
REFERRING to Notices to Mariners Nos. 627 and 645, notice is hereby given that a red Spar Buoy has been moored on the most easterly of the spur-dikes protecting the left bank of the Yangtze River between Tienshengkang and North Tree Beacon. From the Buoy, North Tree Beacon bears S. 73° E., distant 16 cables.
This Spar Buoy is not moored on the extremity of the danger, and vessels must pass to the westward of the Buoy at a distance of not less than 1 cable.
All bearings given are magnetic.

Bar Island Light. Alteration of position of.
NOTICE is hereby given that on, or about, the 20th of February Bar Island Light (situated on First Bar Island) will be moved to a position bearing S. 61° 45′ E., distant
100 feet, from the position it at present occupies.
The Light-keepers' hut will be moved as soon as possible after that date.
