Applications for registration of Trade Marks.

"OTICE is hereby given that BRADLEY & COMPANY, LIMITED, incorporated and registered pursuant to the Companies Ordinances of Hongkong and whose registered office is situate at Prince's Building, Chater Road, Victoria, Hongkong, Merchants, have on the 30th day of October, 1917, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks:-

in the name of BRADLEY & COMPANY, LIMITED, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The said Trade Marks Nos. 1, 2 and 3 have not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention

so to use them forthwith in respect of the following goods :---

Chemical substances used in manufactures, photography, or philosophical research, and anti-corrosives

in Class 1.

Raw or partly prepared vegetable, animal and mineral substances used in manufactures, not included in,

other classes, in Class 4.

Cutlery and edge tools, in Class 12.

Metal goods not included in other classes, in Class 13.

Cotton yarn and Sewing cotton, in Class 23.

Yarns of wool, worsted, or hair, in Class 33.

Cotton piece goods of all kinds, in Class 24.

Cloths and stuffs of wool, worsted, or hair, in Class 34.

Articles of clothing, in Class 38.

The said Trade Mark No. 4 has not hitherto been used by the Applicants but it is their intention so to use it forthwith in respect of the following goods :-

Cutlery and edge tools, in Class 12.

Articles of clothing, in Class 38. Hongkong, 23rd November, 1917.
