NOTICE is hereby given that the candle power of the light of Muroto Zaki Lighthouse, on Muroto Zaki, Province of Tosa, has been increased as follows since the 23rd of Decem- ber, 1917 :-

Taku Bar Outer and Inner Leading Lights, and River Mouth Leading Lights: temporary extinguishment.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Lights on the Taku Bar Outer Leading Marks, the Taku Bar Inner Leading Marks, and the River Mouth Leading Marks, will be discon- tinued temporarily on and after the 5th January, 1918. Due notice will be issued when these lights are again to be exhibited.

Yangtze River-South Channel Entrance.
Wreck.
NOTICE is hereby given that a wireless message has been received to the effect that a steamer lies sunk on the south side of the fairway in the South Channel Entrance to the Yangtze River about 2 miles outside the South-east Knoll Buoy. The mast and funnel of the wreck are showing above the water.
