The Almoner has discretionary power to determine the Class of a patient. In the case of a 1st or 2nd Class patient she has discretionary power to reduce the above charges and in the case of a 3rd Class patient to waive part or all of any of the above charges.
The Director of Medical Services is in certain circumstances authorized to remit the whole or any part of the above charges.
The above charges will take effect from 1st January, 1941.
