No. 1325 --It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 5 of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance, 1899, His Honour the Chief Justice has ordered that the next Criminal Sessions for the despatch of the business of the Court shall be held on Friday, the 13th day of December, 1940, at 10,00 o'clock in the forenoon.

IN THE MATTER OF SECTION 1 OF THE UNCLAIMED BALANCES
ORDINANCE No. 5 OF 1929.
No. 1326. It is hereby notified that on the 29th day of November, 1910, the undermentioned order was made by the Officer Administering the Government of Hong Kong under the hand of the Colonial Secretary pursuant to section 4 (2) of the above Ordinance.

UNCLAIMED BALANCES ORDINANCE No. 5 OF 1929.
Pursuant to Section 4 (2) of the above Ordinance, it is hereby ordered by the Officer Administering the Government of Hong Kong that the undermentioned un- claimed balances of intestate estates which have been in the hands of the Official Administrator for more than five years shall be forthwith transferred to the General Revenue of the Colony subject to the provisions of the said Ordinance relating to refunds.
