In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Naval Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, His Excellency the Oflicer Administering the Government dispenses with the services of Warrant Officer ROBERT JAMES WALLACE as a member of the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force.
