ORDINANCE No. 32 of 1915. (IMPORTATION AND,
EXPORTATION).
In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 4 of the Importation and Exportation Ordinance, 1915, the Governor in Council makes the following regulation:
No person shall, except under a permit issued by the Superintendent of Imports and Exports, import or export
(a) Strychnine and its salts,
(6) Brucine and its salts, and
(c) Caffeine,
Provided that such permit shall not be required (a) when such articles are carried into the Colony by water and are, without transhipment into any other vessel, to be carried out of the Colony on the same vessel on which they were carried into the Colony, and (b) when preparations or admix- tures containing such articles are imported or exported in a form fit or intended for use as a medicine.

ORDINANCE No. 7 of 1932.
(OPIUM).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) (a) of the Opium Ordinance, 1932, the Governor in Council hereby determines the prices at which prepared opium known as Grade 2 opium may be sold to the public as follows :-

The prices so determined are substituted for the prices set out in Government Notification No. 859 published in the Gazette Extraordinary of the 31st July, 1940.
