ORDINANCE No. 12 of 1922. (REGISTRATION OF

IMPORTS AND EXPORTS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Registration of Imports and Exports Ordinance, 1922, the Governor in Council hereby amends the forms in the appendix to the regulations made under the said Ordinance and published in the Gazette of 21st March, 1930, as Government Notification 170, as follows-

Amendments.

1. Form 1 is amended by the addition, under the word Value in the heading to the sixth column of particulars required to be declared, of the words "(c.i.f. Hong Kong)”.

2. Form 2 is amended by the addition, under the word "Value" in the heading to the sixth column of particulars required to be declared, of the words "(f.o.b. destination)".

NOTE. The above amendments are intended to specify more clearly, and not to amend, the particulars required to be declared. They reproduce the effect of two notes which were formerly printed below the forms in the appendix as originally enacted but omitted in subsequent amendment.

ORDINANCE No. 40 of 1912.

(VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC

REGULATION).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Vehicles and Traffic Regulation Ordinance, 1912, the Governor in Council hereby amends the regulations made under the said Ordinance appearing on pages 723 to 803 of volume II of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 Edition) as follows:-

Amendment.

Regulation 147 is amended by the deletion therefrom of the full-stop at the end thereof and by the addition thereto of the following:-

but a vehicle so licensed shall not be used for the carriage of goods for hire or reward."
