In exercise of the powers conferred on him by regulation 32 of the Defence Regulations, 1940, IIis Excellency the Officer Administering the Government makes the following order, in the interests of defence and for maintaining supplies and services essential to the life of the community--

Order.

The premises described in the Schedule to this Order are hereby declared to be protected places for the purposes of the Defence Regulations, 1940.

Permission to enter or be in any premises to which this order applies may be given by the occupier or a person deputed by him or, if the occupier is a Government department, by a person deputed by the head of that department.
