It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by regulations 187 and 188 of the regulations unde under section 3 of the Vehicles and Trallic Regulation Ordinance, 1912, and published on pages 767 and 768 of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 edition), the Commissioner of Police has made the following rules for the use of ear parks -
1. No person shall loner in any car park unless he is the or the servant or invitee of the owner, of a vehicle parked there.

2. In a car park, every vehicle driver shall obey the traffic directions of any police officer in uniform.
3. Every vehicle parked in a car park shall be so placed that no part of the vehicle projects beyond the white lines, if any, indicating the parking space for one vehicle.
4. The control of the car parks set out in the Schedule hereto shall be carried out by the Hong Kong Automobile Association (hereinafter called the Association) and its employees.
5. When directed by an employee in uniform of the Association to park in any particular space, vehicle drivers, when in parks in the Schedule, shall park in that space.
6. No vehicle shall be washed or polished in a car park in the Schedule except by employees of the Association.

D. Chater Road, centre of roadway between Statue Square and
