ORDINANCE No. 13 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTII
[FOOD]).
By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5 and 6 of the Public Health (Food) Ordinance, 1935, the Urban Council makes the following further amendment to the by-laws in the schedule to the said Ordinance under the heading "Sale of Milk generally and Dairies and Milk Shops" as published in Government Notification No. 379 in the Government Gazette of the 13th May, 1938.
Amendment.
By-law 1C (@) is amended by the deletion of the words Except where intended for sale in bulk, in the first line.
